Marsh Technological Services, Inc. was founded by Erlene Marsh in 1994. Erlene had been in the plastics industry for over 30 years; the greater portion spent developing, operating, and commercializing a polymer analysis lab for a major custom injection molder.  Her knowledge of plastics came from years of experience coupled with a passion for the industry.  She knew plastics.  She knew polymer analysis.  She knew how to provide practical solutions.

Angela McIntosh received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and started working in the plastics industry in 1991. As Erlene’s daughter, Angie had appreciated plastics for many years. Erlene was an inspiring role model and pioneer in her field. Angie ran the lab and administration of Marsh Technological Services from 1994 to 2011. Angie has been the owner and president of Marsh Tech LLC since 2011.
